When is a package considered delivered?
It is the responsibility of DSP to place the goods in the hands of a 3rd-party shipper such as USPS or UPS. In this scenario, the carrier or shipping co. assumes risk until the package is delivered.
Once a package leaves us and goes into the shipper's hands, it is no longer the responsibility of DSP if the tracking number shows the pkg has been delivered. Check with family members to see if they brought the package in. Check with neighbors to see if they picked up the package for you. Contact your local Post Office or carrier and ask about the package with the tracking number provided to you.

Even though this is a cute idea, was super disappointed when I received it. Item is so small, like size of a gum pack. Definitely not worth the price plus shipping.
