What is a counting pin? Cross stitchers use them to help count the threads or squares in their Aida fabric so that they will know where to place the next stitch. The end caps allow for the pins to remain securely in the fabric with no worries about the pins falling out.

How is your shipping calculated?

We use a real time postage calculator. However, it is not always correct when multiple items are purchased. If you don't need Priority Shipping choose Ground Advantage. We do refund shipping overages of $1 or more over what USPS rates are to ship your order.

When is a package considered delivered?

It is the responsibility of DSP to place the goods in the hands of a 3rd-party shipper such as USPS or UPS. In this scenario, the carrier or shipping co. assumes risk until the package is delivered.
Once a package leaves us and goes into the shipper's hands, it is no longer the responsibility of DSP if the tracking number shows the pkg has been delivered. Check with family members to see if they brought the package in. Check with neighbors to see if they picked up the package for you. Contact your local Post Office or carrier and ask about the package with the tracking number provided to you.
